Application for Tuition Waiver

To apply for the Tuition Waiver complete and submit the information requested, commit to attend and participate in all workshops, and to submit a project proposal for potential workplace implementation. Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis, until funding is exhausted and/or limited seating is filled. Future workshop series offerings, if any, may not include tuition waiver.

If your application is accepted, you will be issued a coupon code that you will use to register online. If your application is not accepted, you will be notified and will have the option to register and pay online, subject to available seating.

All fields are required. You must provide an e-mail address where you can receive workshop handout and testing material because hard copies will not be provided.
